Peter Allen has a passion for helping others succeed. He started his career as an Army Cavalry Officer after graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He has a wide array of functional expertise in operations, manufacturing, marketing and C level leadership. Products Peter developed while working as a marketing manager at Neutrogena, a Johnson and Johnson company, are still on the shelves today.
After Neutrogena, Peter spent the better part of 15 years working with leadership teams to develop strategy while facilitating collaborative workshops and helping the teams build a shared vision. He then helped them deploy those into results. Peter’s final role before moving into full-time implementation of EOS was as a C level owner/leader in a marketing services business where his clients included Nike, Sephora, Tiffany and many others. After implementing EOS, the business was able to tackle many of its early growing pains and get on a path for significant growth.
