After college, Rich took to the skies with the US Navy, spending most of his 20s traveling the world as a pilot and aircraft commander. Eventually, he made it back to Texas, where over 27 years, he founded and operated four successful businesses—and one trainwreck. As you might guess, the trainwreck taught him more about business, family, and life than all the successes combined. Most recently, he was the owner and CEO of Renters Warehouse Houston, a three-time Inc. 5000 winner, before making a very successful exit.
Now, Rich applies those hard-earned lessons as a dynamic EOS Implementer, helping business owners gain clarity, traction, and long-term success. He facilitates tough but transformative conversations, empowering leadership teams to break through obstacles, align on a shared vision, and execute with precision. His structured yet adaptable approach fosters accountability, strengthens team cohesion, and creates a culture of ownership—leading to improved execution, a healthier leadership team, and measurable business growth.
