Rick joined EOS Worldwide as a coach in 2019 after successfully implementing the tools on three high-tech executive leadership teams. First introduced to EOS in 2010, Rick’s journey and conviction that the operating system can be transformative to a company comes from seeing the impact firsthand. Serving in both integrator and visionary capacities, he quickly realized he had found the missing link needed to help companies that had their sights set on sustainable rapid growth. The EOS tools helped each of his companies achieve nearly 3x growth annually over nine years.
Rick’s depth of knowledge and understanding of the EOS system goes far beyond simply utilizing the EOS tools. The combination of being trained by EOS co-founder Don Tinney and nearly a decade of implementing the system in real world business settings, Rick’s, expertise is unmatched.
