Upon graduating from UL Lafayette in mechanical engineering, Rick spent the first half of his 20-year career working various technical roles in the oil & gas industry. Through those experiences, he earned his first leadership role in a privately owned service company, where he began to learn and appreciate the many challenges that come along with leading a business. After helping the owners grow that business and successfully exit, Rick was offered his first true entrepreneurial opportunity to lead a privately backed start-up.
It was during this time that Rick was introduced to the power of EOS. He and his leadership team implemented EOS in year one and quickly discovered the power of vision and accountability within their organization. The tools learned through EOS helped Rick and his team grow the business to an annual revenue of $10MM in just 3 short years.
As he transitioned out of that business years later, his heart ultimately led him back to EOS, this time as an implementer. With a genuine passion for helping others and a team-first mindset, Rick is excited to share EOS with other business owners and help them get what they want from their businesses.
