I worked hard but not necessarily smart and it stunted my revenue growth. So much so it put a strain on my marriage. Luckily I was introduced to the book Traction and decided to get my business and life back on track. EOS helped me get my vision on paper and my team on the same page. We scaled from $11 million in sales to nearly $100 million in sales within 3 years. And at our peak with 78 stores across the southeast with 450 employees.
