Rod is intensely passionate about helping leaders and entrepreneurs build great businesses for a greater purpose.
He started working at a very early age in a family business developing both his grit and work ethic. After serving in the US Army, Rod experienced business through several industries and a variety of leadership/entrepreneurial roles. It cultivated a love and interest for small-to-mid-sized organizations.
Over the last 20 years, Rod has led and owned a number of companies that were both gratifying and humbling experiences. It was during a season of trying to install business architecture that he struggled the most and found it difficult to find a comprehensive and cohesive approach. By his own admission, he was dying a death by a thousand cuts.
Out of necessity, Rod searched for business system solutions and came across EOS. It immediately resonated with him, ultimately running his next two companies on EOS, turning roadblock challenges into successes. In his first company, it prepared the way for a higher valuation, succession planning, and profitable sale.
