As a first-generation business owner, I have successfully navigated the pearls and pitfalls of leading and growing successful companies over the past 15 years – one of these pearls was adopting EOS® to help accelerate the results I wanted from my businesses.
After bootstrapping my first company, I reached a point where the company “hit the ceiling.” In 2013, my business coach handed me a copy of the book Traction. Given my company’s state, I knew I could not implement EOS® on my own, so I hired a Professional EOS® Implementer. We got back on track, as evidenced by more than 10x growth. This success was directly related to my steadfast approach to implementing EOS®.
My first-hand experience successfully running my companies on EOS® inspired me to become a Professional EOS® Implementer. My approach to helping others to implement EOS® always comes from the spirit of a Teacher, Facilitator, and Coach. I measure my success by your success.
