Sandi is an accomplished entrepreneur and visionary with an extensive marketing communications background. In 2012 she successfully started and scaled a multi-million-dollar home health care company. Achieving rapid growth early on, the complexities of that growth eventually took a toll on her business and her own well-being.
Frustrated and burned out managing hundreds of challenges simultaneously, Sandi discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS). Armed with a proven framework EOS helped her solve issues, strengthen core processes, instill accountability and get better results. She had better life balance and regained her passion.
Sandi successfully sold her company with a vision to devote her time as a coach, teacher and facilitator to entrepreneurial businesses. Today Sandi is a Professional EOS® Implementer, working with entrepreneurs and their leadership teams to help them get what they want from their businesses.
Sandi serves on the Home Care Association of America (HCAOA) Board of Directors. She holds Certificates in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) and Applied Positive Psychology Coaching (APPC). She is a graduate of University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.
