From car washer to dishwasher, from foreman to division head, even in my entrepreneurial leaps, my work ethic has always been consistent – WORK HARD! It’s a value of mine – like they say, how you do anything is how you will do everything. I get it from my Dad!
However, it was the day I came across EOS that I realized doing it harder is never better than doing it smarter. After many years of learning things the hard way, EOS helped me learn how to how to quickly resolve conflicts amongst teams, get buy-in, make quicker more concise decisions, increase profitability, structure the business and family dynamic better, eliminate confusion and much more.
In January 2023, I started my journey as a professional EOS implementer, and I’ve loved every minute of it.
