I started my entrepreneurial journey, at age 12, by painting and labeling modified equipment for sugar cane farmers & refineries. Every weekend and after school, I would gather my supplies, and my dad would drop me off for the day to tackle the project at hand. My first job was $700 in a few weeks! This season boosted my entrepreneurial confidence to solve problems.

My first scaling experience in business was with an HDD company. By executing the right and best PROCESS and staying dialed into our CORE FOCUS, we scaled to a 3X in three years. The next scaling experience had much to do with consistency to CORE FOCUS and identifying the right OPPORTUNITIES. This lead to an 8X in 2 years. This all in effort would not have been possible without RPRS.
