I grew up in an entrepreneurial family – we owned a financial services company where I played many roles. And we really grew. But it was also my first entrepreneurial failure. Cause when the markets soured, we had to sell. Nothing drives those lessons home more than laying off the person who babysat you when you were 9 years old
Then I was recruited to big business…built some very successful divisions…learned a lot. But the politics and corporate BS was just too much to take. So, I came back home, and created a firm to work with entrepreneurs on their growth strategies. During one session, a client asked me if Traction could help his business. Traction? Honestly, I told him I’d never heard of it, but I’d look into it.
I did more than that. My partners and I self-implemented EOS and in just over 6 months the impact was profound. That experience taught me what could be accomplished when everyone was on the same page following the same set of rules.
3 years ago I pivoted my practice to go all in as an EOS Implementer. Now having done over 200 sessions, I teach, coach, and facilitate the system so leadership teams can reach their full potential.
