I love the excitement of collaborating with leaders and their teams as they embark on their EOS journey, much like I did with my own business. In my career, I loved working in Finance in SMEs. Addressing challenges like profitability and cash flow, and getting everyone aligned towards common goals, was a challenge that I truly enjoyed.
Drawing from these experiences, I founded my own business 20 years ago—a successful IT Managed Services Provider. Looking for a better way to run the business, I came across EOS after reading the book “Traction.” Partnering with an EOS Implementer over the years has transformed my business allowing me to become an Implementer myself.
Therefore, I bring real-life EOS experience, guidance, and coaching on utilizing EOS tools and disciplines that can add substantial value to your business.
My approach emphasizes listening, asking thought-provoking questions, and building rapport (and I like to keep it fun!). I focus on helping clients explore the question, “What is truly possible for our business?”
I was born and raised in Scotland, and I enjoy traveling, fitness, music, and football, particularly supporting Liverpool FC.
