I am passionate about helping all people succeed and live their best lives, but especially entrepreneurs who are the lifeblood of our economy, the visionaries and innovators who dare, with determination and resilience, to turn their creativity into reality. I admire their passion and drive but, from experience, this only gets you so far. I’m here as a coach, challenger and collaborator to step in where you may have hit that metaphorical ceiling or hurdle. I’m passionate about helping people (as a qualified Business and Personal Coach ICF ACC) through tough times personally and in business, as they are inextricably linked. Together we’ll not only break through those barriers but leave them trailing in our wake.

I’ve rebuilt myself from a heavy-drinking insomniac and absentee-Dad/husband that exited the City 3 years ago to become a Business and Personal Coach and International Keynote Speaker, then rowed unassisted across the Atlantic using a system that later became known to me as EOS.

I’m now focused on becoming the best EOS Implementer I can be and super-charging the businesses and lives of those who also dare to dream big.
