EOS helped me, as CEO of a national pharmacy software company, overcome the periods of organizational turbulence that threatened all we had accomplished. Through our EOS journey, our vital signs improved companywide, we exceeded our goals, and we developed a high-functioning team and culture. Ultimately, we created a company that could thrive without me, and this experience filled me with a new purpose.
