Todd Weeks is passionate about helping business owners and their teams experience the transformative power of EOS® that he personally experienced. Having run a business using EOS as its guide for four years Todd is uniquely positioned to understand the challenges facing entrepreneurial companies.
Todd started his career as a CPA first working at the Big 4 accounting firm Deloitte in their Atlanta office. He then took on the role of Controller, then CFO, of a large, family owned food service distributor in North Carolina. In 2014 Todd transitioned out of the Finance & Accounting world to take over running a 30 year old entrepreneurial company in Atlanta. Shortly after Todd started he and his leadership team were introduced to EOS, and immediately began implementing it. The results were unparalleled.
Over a four year period of using EOS the company tripled its annual Operating Profit (3X), aligned everyone in the organization around common goals, and established a holistic and proven system of tools that allowed Todd and the owner to sell the company and transition out of the business to pursue his EOS passion full time.
