Tricia began her journey as an entrepreneur when she was 12 years old. Everyone in her neighborhood was babysitting & she wanted to make money but wasn’t thrilled about babysitting, so she wrote a babysitting manual, and sold it to all the girls in the neighborhood. It made her some cash, helped other girls’ babysitting businesses grow, and, perhaps most importantly, got her out of babysitting.
Nowadays, Tricia understands that the system of babysitting is what intrigued her more than the babysitting itself, and that fascination with systems has manifested itself in many ways in her career as she’s worked with other business owners in coaching and consulting capacities to help them harness the power of systems to transform their businesses. She has seen systems done really well – one of her clients quadrupled his revenue in just over a year, and another increased his bottom line by 150% – not by being brilliant, but by implementing systems well.
