Victoria began her career in corporate banking, learning the importance of communication, structure, processes, and data. After a decade, she left to run her own business, quickly understanding the challenges and responsibilities of employing a team. After four successful years, she chose to exit her business to focus on her family.
Preferring behind-the-scenes roles, Victoria found her true calling as an Integrator and COO for scaling businesses. Over the past decade, she has excelled in these roles. Around the same time, she discovered EOS, which resonated deeply with her. She appreciates how EOS can simplify complexities and drive intentional growth.
Victoria’s growing interest in EOS led her to deepen her skills. Despite successfully implementing EOS independently, she decided to become a Professional EOS Implementer. Now, she dedicates herself full-time to helping businesses achieve structured and sustainable growth through EOS.
