I grew up in an entrepreneurial family and have always been obsessed with growth. At 14, I was riding saddle broncs in the rodeo. Two years in and several broken bones later, I still hadn’t made it to the 8-second buzzer. I’m lucky enough to have had a great coach who insisted that I not quit! I persisted and ended up becoming 2x state champion.

For my next wild ride, I took a chance and joined up with a small team of entrepreneurs in Kansas City who were building a third-party logistics company. My business partner, Ben and I launched offices in both Tulsa, OK, and Dallas, TX. The business takes off and I became VP of Client Operations and then VP of Sales.

11 years later, we achieved 20% year-over-year growth and went from 30 to 300 people. Along the way, I found my passion for building an entrepreneurial business and learned that I had a unique ability as a teacher, facilitator, and coach. That’s when I discover the power of EOS®.

Since early 2020, I’ve conducted over 50 sessions with 19 different leadership teams helping them get more of what they want from their business.
