As an EOS Implementer™ I work with leadership teams running their company on EOS®, a business management system. During our quarterly sessions together, we spend a high percentage of our time on solving their issues. In the EOS Model™, the Issues Component™ has two tools. The first is the Issues List and the second is IDS™.

No Issues Is An Issue
Have your meetings become routine? Does your team look to you as the source of substance for the agenda? If so, consider some questions to better serve yourself and your company.
Know Your Issues
The only business that doesn’t have issues is one that has already gone out of business. Having issues doesn’t spell doom for a company, but how a leader addresses them (or doesn’t) could.
Clear the Fog – Strengthen Your Data Component
Most entrepreneurs know well the feeling of “flying blind.” It can feel like you’re running your business and making big decisions on vague sensations, feelings and emotions rather than using data that helps you make a quick, but fully informed, unbiased decision.
Want a Great Scorecard? Ask Great Questions!
When a leader asks me how they should use a Scorecard and KPIs within their businesses, I ask them to envision an exceptional week.
The Case for LMA™
As a boss, have you ever felt the need to hold someone accountable? If you’re like most bosses, the answer is likely: “Yes, all the time!” Reflect on this for a moment. Wouldn’t your role as a boss be more enjoyable if your people held themselves and each other accountable? The fact is accountability is something people accept – willingly. Your role as a boss is to create the right environment for them to do just that. Consider this the case for LMA™.
