The recent events have left many reeling, hurting, and searching for answers. Now more than ever it’s important for us as humans to be empathetic towards others. Towards those fighting COVID, towards our black community members, and towards those businesses suffering as it relates to the pandemic and recent violent protests and vandalism.
Racism and inequality have no place in our world today.
My work is focused on working with leadership teams to develop a culture of knowing, alignment, and even belonging.
Empathy is so important in today’s trying times. I encourage you to look for ways to support and embrace everyone in our community, and beyond.
