The 2023 EOS Conference™ in Indianapolis, Indiana, is officially in the books. With more than 2,000 attendees present, Visionaries, Integrators™, and leadership team members from all over the world had the chance to connect, learn, and strengthen their use of EOS Tools together as a community.
For those who weren’t able to make it, or are interested in attending the event next year (more on that below), here is a look at 2023’s EOS Conference.
PRE-CONFERENCE
Provided by some of our incredible sponsors, attendees enjoyed bonus content leading up to the official event on April 19. Conference-goers had the option of attending a total of 17 different sessions at three-time slots. Between sessions, those in attendance could also visit sponsor booths for free giveaways, meet and greets, and other fun activities.
Session topics at Pre-Conference included simplifying team trust, growing business in a tightening market, delegating through complexity, and the importance of having an assistant, along with many others.
WE RUN ON EOS
The EOS Worldwide team debuted a We Run on EOS booth where Conference attendees could pose for pictures with We Run on-themed racing props, collect stickers, and sign up for the upcoming Running on EOS™ Directory.
The directory will feature the official community of businesses running on EOS. Those businesses listed will be able to connect, partner, and network with other companies in the community to IDS® together, develop vendor relationships, and find and be found by other organizations listed.
FIND COMPANIES THAT RUN ON EOS
Connect with a business community that understands how you run and is dedicated to instilling focus, discipline, and accountability throughout their organization.
KEYNOTES
BIG WINS AND BATTLE SCARS: A JOURNEY OF HARD DECISIONS, FINDING DISCIPLINE, AND EMBRACING VULNERABILITY
Tiffany Sauder, CEO of Element Three, kicked off the 2023 EOS Conference as the opening keynote speaker. Tiffany started things off by talking about something many business owners wonder: “Has my business taken more from me than it will ever be able to give me?” In her keynote session, Tiffany shared mistakes she made and the critical insights she gained throughout her journey, and how implementing EOS changed her business and her life.
THE PSYCHOLOGY OF YOUR 10X FUTURE SELF
Dr. Benjamin Hardy, an organizational psychologist, author, and the world’s leading expert on the application of Future Self science, laid down the foundation for his research and 10x psychology. By digging into concepts such as raising your flow, making power moves, optimizing for focus and recovery flow, and peak experiences, Dr. Hardy showed how letting go of your past self can light the way toward your future.
HOW TO BUILD A STRONG LEADERSHIP TEAM: WHAT I LEARNED AFTER 2,000 SESSIONS
EOS founder and author of Traction, Gino Wickman, closed out the first day of the conference by sharing his reflections and lessons learned after more than 2,000 sessions of implementing EOS in entrepreneurial businesses. These reflections included the seven criteria of a strong leadership team, followed by a Q&A. For a closer look at those criteria, check out “My Greatest “Aha” After 2,000 EOS® Sessions.”
DO WE HAVE THE WILL?
Rocket Fuel University™ founder, co-author of Rocket Fuel, and Expert EOS Implementer®, Mark C. Winters, led the final keynote session of the 2023 EOS Conference. “Do We Have the Will?” closed out a spectacular few days of events by asking attendees if they were up to the challenge. Mark’s challenge? Channel your willpower and take meaningful action using what was learned at the conference once we returned home.

THE 2023 EOS CONFERENCE AGENDA
For the first time in EOS Conference history, breakout sessions were broken up into two distinct tracks to better align with varying levels of EOS experience. One track was designed for businesses running on EOS for less than 1.5 years and the other for businesses that had been running on EOS for greater than 1.5 year.
The conference’s main agenda totaled a whopping 60 breakout sessions of EOS content, including sessions dedicated to creating connections for different leadership roles, sessions focused on one of the Six Key Components™, and complimentary sessions presented by some of our partners.
NEXT YEAR’S ANNOUNCEMENT
The finale of the event was two special announcements from Conference MC, Expert EOS Implementer™, and Head Coach Jill Young. To celebrate the many sign-ups for the upcoming Running on EOS Directory, Jill drew one lucky conference-goer’s name to take home a special conference jacket signed by none other than Gino Wickman himself!
The event’s final announcement was the location of the next EOS Conference — the 2024 EOS Conference is headed to San Diego, California! For more information or to purchase your conference tickets today, visit eosconference.com.
