A business coaching case study on a company called Image One was recently released by EOS Worldwide. In it, the owner of Image One, Rob Dube, reflects on his introduction with EOS, his experience with the process, and where his company stands now.
Dube originally approached EOS because he had no formal entrepreneurial training, his company seemed to lack direction and coordination, and they were hitting a “ceiling” in growth after several years of running as a small business. Dube discusses how he was apprehensive at first, but now revolves his entire company around the EOS process. In one part of the video, Rob exclaims: “If you’re just following all these foundational tools, you will consistently know exactly what’s going in your business, you’ll know where you’re going and why, and you’ll have more control.”
Gino Wickman, creator of EOS, added this about the post: “I’m very happy to see Rob’s company doing so well. He’s one of those great business owners that truly adopts the EOS process, integrates it into their business, and sticks with it, and now his company runs like a machine.”
