Steve Lawson and Carl Hardee are experienced real estate entrepreneurs with over 30 years of industry knowledge. Steve, a civil engineer with an MBA degree, serves as the Visionary, while Carl, with his background in leadership and the military, takes on the Integrator role. But they didn’t always call themselves Visionary and Integrator.
Their partnership began over 20 years ago when they realized the complementary nature of their skills. Back then, Steve realized that he could always rely on Carl to help him bring projects to life by doing what was needed. They were like yin and yang.
