Brittany Franklin, CEO of Sky High for Kids, shares her journey of determination in running a nonprofit that supports children fighting pediatric cancer.
Growing up with humble beginnings, Brittany discovered her passion for volunteering and community service at a young age. Her foray into the nonprofit world was unplanned yet deeply impactful.
Facing numerous challenges, including financial constraints and the need for organizational structure, Brittany’s unwavering commitment and relentless pursuit of the mission led her to implement EOS®, transforming Sky High for Kids into a well-structured and resilient nonprofit.

With the guidance of Matthew Abrams, a Certified EOS Implementer®, Brittany was able to bring a new level of structure to her nonprofit. This not only improved the organization’s efficiency but also allowed her to be a better leader for a team working in an emotionally and physically demanding job.
